If the size of the item you received does not fit, we invite you to place a new order with the correct size, then return the original item to us for a refund, within 15 days of receipt.

Please note that we do not cover postage costs for your return.

All products must be returned to the following address:

Exception:

Bowl & Bone beds must be returned directly to the address indicated on the package you received.

We do not issue refunds for grooming products and food supplements (Pomeranian Beauty, Dorwest)

 

Refund Conditions:


Similarly to an exchange, if you wish to return your items for a refund, please do so within 15 days of your purchase.

Please return your item in new condition, with tags attached, free of stains or dog hair.

We recommend sending your return by registered mail to avoid any disappointment.

We will send you an email to confirm when your refund has been processed. 

You will receive your refund within 5 days of receiving your return.

If your return reaches us after 15 days from purchase, we will provide you with an e-voucher of the same value as your order, valid for 6 months, which you can use for any subsequent order in our store.

Return of a defective item: Items are considered defective if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing defect occurs within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items damaged due to wear and tear are not considered defective.

If you believe you have received a defective item, return it to the above address, ensuring it is securely packaged. Please include a cover note with the following information:

Pom d'Azur is a reseller, and therefore, we do not assume any responsibility for defective products. For more information regarding a product's warranty, please do not hesitate to contact us. In the unlikely event that an item becomes defective outside of the 30-day return policy, we may consider an exchange.
