EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
We do not do exchanges.
You can reorder and return your item to us for a refund:
All products must be returned to the following address. Please note we do not cover the postage costs for your return (between 6 and 15 euros depending on the item)

Exception:
Bowl & Bone beds must be returned directly to the address indicated on the package you received.

We do not provide refunds on grooming products and food supplements (Pomeranian Beauty, Dorwest)
Refunds:
Similar to an exchange, if you wish to return your items for a refund, please do so within 15 days of your purchase.
Please return your item in new condition, free of stains or dog hair.
We advise you to send your return by registered mail to avoid any disappointment.
We will send you an email to confirm when your refund has been processed.
If your return reaches us after 15 days of purchase, we will provide you with an e-voucher of the same value as your order, valid for 6 months, which you can use for any subsequent order in our store.
Return of a defective item:
Items are considered defective if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing defect occurs within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items damaged due to wear and tear are not considered defective.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please return it to the above address ensuring it is securely packaged. Please include a cover note with the following information:

Fault details
We will then contact you to discuss what to do next.
Pom d'Azur is a reseller and therefore we do not accept any liability for defective products. For more information regarding a product's warranty, please do not hesitate to contact us. In the unlikely event that an item becomes faulty outside of the 30 day returns policy, we may consider an exchange.
