If the size of the item received does not suit you, we invite you to place a new order with the correct size, then return the original item to us for a refund, within 15 days of receipt.

Please note we do not cover the postage costs for your return.

We do not offer refunds on grooming products and food supplements (Pomeranian Beauty, Dorwest)

Refund Conditions:

Similar to an exchange, if you wish to return your items for a refund, please do so within 15 days of your purchase.

Please return your item in new condition, with tags attached, free of stains or dog hair.

We advise you to send your return by registered mail to avoid any disappointment.

We will send you an email to confirm when your refund has been processed.

If your return reaches us after 15 days of purchase, we will provide you with an e-voucher of the same value as your order, valid for 6 months, which you can use for any future orders in our store.

Returning a Defective Item: Items are considered defective if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing defect occurs within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items damaged due to wear and tear are not considered defective.
