EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

If the size of the item you received is not suitable, we invite you to place a new order with the correct size, then return the original item for a refund within 15 days of receipt.

Please note we do not cover the return postage costs.

All products must be returned to the following address:

Exception:

Bowl & Bone beds must be returned directly to the address indicated on the package you received.

We do not offer refunds on grooming products and food supplements (Pomeranian Beauty, Dorwest).

Refund Conditions:


Similar to an exchange, if you wish to return your items for a refund, please do so within 15 days of your purchase.

Please return your item in new condition, with tags attached, and free of stains or dog hair.

We advise you to post your feedback via the recommended tracking number to avoid any disappointment.

We will send you an email to confirm when your refund has been processed.

You will receive your refund within 5 days of receiving your return.

If we receive your return after 15 days from the date of purchase, we will provide you with an e-voucher of the same value as your order, valid for 6 months, which you can use for any future order in our store.

Returning a defective item: Items are considered defective if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing defect occurs within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered defective.

If you believe you have received a faulty item, return it to the address above, ensuring it is securely packaged. Please include a cover note with the following information:

Details of the defect

We will then contact you to discuss the next steps.

Pom d'Azur is a reseller and, therefore, we assume no responsibility for defective products. For more information regarding a product's warranty, please do not hesitate to contact us. In the unlikely event that an item becomes defective outside of the 30-day return policy, we may consider an exchange.
