2. Order and confirmation

By clicking "Buy Now" , you place a firm order for the selected products.

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by Pom d'Azur.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or accept an order within 14 days .

  • The sale is concluded only upon receipt of a confirmation email from us.

3. Delivery in France

Orders are shipped via La Poste , for home delivery or to a relay point , within 4 to 5 working days .

Home delivery

  • 0 to 1.9 lb: €5.95

  • 2 to 3.9 lb: €7.95

  • 4 to 4.9 lb: €8.95

  • 5 to 8.5 lbs: €10.95

  • 9 lbs and over: €15.50

Delivery to a relay point

  • 0 to 1.9 lb: €3.95

  • 2 to 3.9 lb: €5.95

  • 4 to 4.9 lb: €6.95

  • 5 to 8.5 lbs: €8.95

4. Delivery in Europe

Standard International – Estimated delivery time: 2 to 8 working days

  • 0 to 4.9 lb: €19.00

  • 5 to 8 lbs: €25.00

  • 8.1 lb and over: €30.00

5. Transfer of order and jurisdiction

  • The transfer of rights to an order to a third party is prohibited without the written consent of Pom d'Azur.

  • The competent jurisdiction in the event of a dispute with a professional is located in Paris (France) .

  • Pom d'Azur may also take action at the customer's place of establishment .
